yes you can walk that area between spirit and the slough think its called railroad grade lotta open prairie once you get out there 1/2 mile my buddy has killed deer and hogs in that exact area your talking he goes bout a mile down and climbs a palm best to be in a tree stand out there i believe theres a locked gate where your talking so you park right off the paved road by the gate and walk in from there good area i hunt off four sections road 3/4 way down the road makes a sharp left right there your only 75yds from the private property to your south those guys run feeders year round and kill huge bucks i follow there fenceline heading east bout 3/4 of a mile till there fence turns to the south right there i always see bucks and have killed several . otter grade and spoonbill are brand new areas that used to be a cattle lease and was a good hunting lease but i havent ever scouted that area. get atleast half mile from the road look for heavy used trails and set up a camera look for rubs too both those areas i told you about are good choices im not hunting out there this year so feel free to check out four sections road spot if the roads open. good luck
