I would go with two Relion 12 volt 100 ah Lithium batteries for the trolling motor making a 24 volt enough & one 100 ah for the starting.
Chargers pro mariners elite series triple will work on the optima setting and the Minnkota chargers on the AGM setting. I use the DuoPro with there programmed Lithium setting flashed at the factory. Do not do any on the run or stealth charging system with Lithium batteries no matter what.
