If I were to deckhand on a vessel that has a Saltwater Poducts License, do I need a seperate license to fish on said vessel?

My vessel spl covers my crew and myself for commercial harvesting. It will also cover me for my rec limit of redfish and trout, seabass. etc just not commercial quanities, but if my crew wants to keep their rec limit then they need a saltwater fishing license. My spl will cover me for my rec limit of scallops but not anyone else on the boat.

Federal regs are a different story.
I am glad to only be a bird hunter with bird dogs...being a shooter or dog handler or whatever other niche exists to separate appears to generate far too much about which to worry.

Just buy a stinking license and don't worry about it anymore. You are not that cheap are you? The money goes to good use anyway.
