I am looking for a good home made (gluten free) steak sauce. I have some friends coming over for dinner and I would like to hook a new sauce for them. It must be gluten free to meet my wife's dietary needs. :crossed Thanks guys!
This is not home made put it has pretty simple ingredients (mostly tamarind), and it is **** good. I am not sure if it is gluten free though. You can find it in Publix by the Jamaican food.

I'm not a big steak sauce fan, but my wife used to mix up heinz ketchup and lee & perrins worcestershire to suit her taste.
Dang hoss, miss seeing you. I was thinking maybe you got caught in the head with a hoof. :grin
