My son first sail

It has been long time since I have enter anything on the forum.
I hope it comes out .My son and his wife went out last Saturday for a dolphin tournament .
Out of West plam inlet by 6:45am sent out look for baits. Couldn't fine any so left to hit the weeds. Which we found at 400 ft.
Set first line out and didn't get a chance set second line. Fish on at 720 18.6 bull back on troll with all 6 lines out wha fish on agian.
Good 5 lb on while pullingthis one second hit fish on.Got both in boat troll another 2 hours on the weeds nothing.
Decided to head for another weed line got to 850 none to be found.
Decide to head to reef for some kings .Started back and wham sail on hooked up and release and a few pictures. He swam away in good sign.
Started to check how far from reef and found out we of Port St Lucie inlet.
Need to get back to weigh in. This a good hour and half agianst south wnds and waves.
Made it to weigh in on time .
Got lady angler and first sail plus a 3rd place for the day .
I feel good our day paid for andI didn't with my son and wife
AWESOME day.
