incoming or outgoing?

just trying to get everyones own opinion on what tides you prefer, and what types of areas you target on each. I seem to do better on outgoing tides at canal bases. But ive also had some good luck fishing shallow areas and structures on the incoming tides.

When fishing the flats for say the inshore slam species, I catch my bait on the low and then fish artificials on the remaining incoming, then live bait on the first two hours or so of outgoing and when the bite slows, move back out and fish artis again to round off the stringer. I like to fish for food, and this way I am apt to catch a mixed bag with a couple flounder as a bonus.
