The Buc's have a keeper with Cory, way to go. Good luck in San Diego, long range tuna and wahoo action will be in your cards. Cory, when you're done playing football give us a call, who knows George may need a partner.
I thought the same exact thing, I gotta admit. But holy s***, when I was told to snell livebait hooks (circles or J's) by 2 or 3 (apparently big name sailfish tournament captains, I had no clue who they were, and still don't) I did…and my hookup ratio turned ****. I guess we go with what is tried and true, right? Nice work George and Corey, and tight work on the video Cavin.

George…gotta ask. Why aren't you snelling you livebait hooks?
The only knot I tie to hooks is a Homer Rhode loop knot. I believe the pivoting action with the loop knot helps improve hook ups.
