  What does your engine manual say? Mine says to trailor with the engine down and specificlly cautions not to trailor with the engine up.

  I have a transom saver that I lower the engine to but the skeg is still above the cross member of the trailer.

  When I bought my skiff I asked Frank about that and he told me it was not necessary.

  the ezloader is so high up as it is.. I usually just trim it up so it is still on the pins and thats it...
