Jupiter Bottom Fishing on Sunday?
If you're heading out of Jupiter tomorrow to do some bottom fishing I'd start right out front and drift north from 120 to 90. I went from the pier to Jupiter today. Nothing but triggers. As soon as I got North of Jupiter we managed a dozen nice AJ's (with the sharks)and a decent Cobia with them. Bottom Action was to the North of Jupiter for sure. Hope that helps.

Bmoody: if you find yourself questioning then start south and troll north. Cover ground until you find some fish by zig-zagging in and out, deeper/shallower. Worst case scenario you end up off jupiter catching bonito, but at least you're bending a rod.

Thank you very much, :hail you were right on the $$$. The triggers were there as were many other reef fish and on the last drop of the day, with the last sardine, I hooked into this nice Brown Bomber. Because of your help, we only burned 6 gallons of gas for a half day trip. :dance
It looks like you helped out several of the posters on here.
Way to go helping out the forum guys.
Cheers

If you are headed out 2morrow, 1 good deed deserves another. The bite has moved way North of the inlet, same depth u mentioned. The Cobe bite was all but gone, all the Rudders u wanted and there were NO Filefish 2 steal your bait. By noon, everything shutdown...period we finally pulled the plug @ 4:30 after not having a bite 4 almost 3 hours. BTW: hammerheads were a PITA 2day.
