So, think this had more to do with being a college student relieving pressure than it does about being a bad boy.
Think when I did this I was a frat boy, and it was a steak...

University of Florida basketball player Erving Walker was given a notice to appear in court on a petty theft charge that he stole a taco from a downtown Gainesville street vendor early Friday morning, according to a Gainesville Police Department report.

Walker, 22, ordered and received a taco valued at $3 and then fled without paying for it at about 1 a.m., the police report states.

An officer intercepted Walker at University Avenue and Southwest 1st Street and yelled for Walker to stop, but Walker continued running across University Avenue, police said. He was eventually stopped by several officers at 200 W. University Ave., the report states.

Under questioning by police, Walker said he was "just playing around," and didn't mean to run from police, the report states, adding that Walker also told officers he knew he should have paid for the taco.

Walker was charged with petty theft and resisting an officer. His court date has been set for April 19.
