Shimano Baitrunner 6500B

MaverickMaverick Posts: 733 Officer
Hey guys, looking to get rid of my Shimano Baitrunner 6500B spinning reel. Bought this a few years ago just to have a large spinning combo on hand..never used it as we do mostly inshore fishing.

Now were doing more cobia/tarpon/shark fishing and have gotten a matching set of large spinning combos and this one is just sitting around. Figured id get if off my hands and let somebody get some use out of it.

This reel is practically brand new. It has honestly been used maybe 5-10 times. Every time it has been used it has been rinsed with fresh water. Never been abused or left outside. Everything works perfectly on it.

It has some braid spooled on it, not sure how much or the ratings on it. Its been on there a couple years. Reel needs a good home where it will be used instead of collecting dust in the fishing closet.

Looking to get $75 outta it, prefer to stay in the NE around Fernandina and Jacksonville.

I can answer any questions and am willing to meet. I live in Fernandina, but drive to Jax on Tuesdays Thursday and Fridays for school. Willing to work around times to meet up.
