Prion Reels

I have a Prion that needs some service. I contacted Penn directly through their website and was contacted in return by someone. He advised me that Penn no longer services the Prion model and offered some trade options. I just wanted to get your take on this and let everyone else know that so far, Penn has done right by me and is doing their best to meet me half way in getting the issue resolved. I will be exchanging my old Prion and some cash for a new Conquer 2000. Thanks
