  Double your weight loss goal, I put on 20 when I quit smoking. But that doesn't start till after tonight's party:grin

  I lost 20 pounds since Apri this year. Looking for another 30 in 2012. That will leave me at a suitable weight to stabilize at.

  Maybe if we tell people that the brain is an App, they will start using it.
