anybody have any decent spots for reds, snook and trout. not asking for your honey hole but me, my dad and my uncle are going out on my dads boat and lets face it he doesnt have any spots that i can catch some thing other then catfish. i dont care if i catch shorts all day i just want my uncle to catch some fish well he is in fl. we will be putting in at Indian mound park in englewood or maybe el jobean. so help me out again not asking for your honey hole just some where i have a better chance of catching some thing.

Look for grass flats and drift them, they should all produce fish. Put a shrimp under a cork...

If you are willing to drive I'd head up to sarasota bay. There are numerous grass flats that you can drift and catch trout all day long. Go to cbs outfitters website or their facebook page. Their charter captains post reports weekly. If you buy your bait at cbs they will usually give you a map and mark the locations of the flats for you. or you could buy a chart for ten dollars. Middlegrounds, ringling, stephens point, radiotower, and marker 5 flats all produce some decent inshore fish
