BIG changes coming to our fishery
You have probably seen most of this including the video. It's so important it's worth seeing again!

BIG changes coming to our fishery
As a Florida native who has been fishing our waters for well over 1/2 a century I am very interested in issues regarding our fishery.
No better places to keep up with the current as well as future changes sure to come than the pages of Woods'nWater Magazine & Captain Dylan Hubbard.
Woods'nWater has been bringing us the real Florida for 45 years.
Fourth generation owner/operator of Hubbard's Marina, Captain Dylan Hubbard, is very involved in 'keeping us on the water!'
He attends virtually every council meeting fighting for all who fish.
Listen carefully to what Captain Dylan has to say.
It's important!
Woods'nWater Magazine
Often when fishing on Captain Dylan's Florida Fisherman
I would make it a point to share my copy of Woods'nWater.
It was always a hit:
The man himself... Captain Mark Hubbard
Captain Garett Hubbard
Captain Will McClure
This young lady has a PhD in chemistry
Why was, is, Woods'nWater such a hit with these anglers?
Simple!  They, and thousands like them, are serious about fishing today as well as tomorrow.
Changes, serious changes, are on the way. The more we know, the more we get evolved, the better we can deal with the changes.
August, 2022
Page 12... NO SNAPPER AND GROUPER
Feds are considering closing all bottom fishing off Florida's Atlantic coast in federal waters.
Could the Gulf of Mexico be next?
Page 36... GAG GROUPER
In June the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council cut the quota for Gag Grouper by 79% for the 2023 season.
Page 57... AMBERJACK
Greater Amberjack season to open one month late this year and a spring 2023 season is unlikely.
Per Mr. C.J. Sweetman, Division of Marine Fisheries Management, without the changes in the AJ season the entire 2023-2024 season could have been closed.

No better places to keep up with the current as well as future changes sure to come than the pages of Woods'nWater Magazine & Captain Dylan Hubbard.
