  I like all wild game I’ve tried, probably favorite is venison tenderloin, rabbit or pheasant. Pheasant fried simmered in gravy and served over biscuits is sooo good. Wait - frog legs are sweet. Yeah frog legs or soft shell turtle…

  Never had any I didn’t like. Dan Moultrie (yes that Moultrie) is a good friend of mine and he invited me to his Texas ranch to hunt a Nilgai and I thought that meat was really great! Wish he didn’t sell the place but glad I got to go before he did.
