What is wrong with our justice system? This!
U. S. Supreme Court denied appeal for Joe Nixon for 1984 murder case in Tallahassee.
I remember the case kidnapped woman from local mall, took her to local woods, **** her, tied her to a tree and skinned her. Then set her on fire.
Should have been shot back then.
Instead, 38 years later the no justice system is still plodding along.
Attorneys say he is mentally challenged.
Say what you want, but rabid dogs should be put down.

However, while the justice process is hardly perfect, taking too long to execute someone is not near the top of my personal list of shortcomings. YMMV.
And with all the Social Justice folks it would soon be like Sandals in the Bahamas'
