used a pig back strap in a slow cooker pulled pork recipe and used the meat for egg rolls and southwest rolls. traditional egg rolls for about 1/2 of em and added pork to a turkey taco soup the wife made for the rest. drained as much liquid as i could out of the soup before adding the pork. got plenty of egg rolls. even made a 1/2 dozen veggie rolls for my vegetarian cousin visiting for a while.
