The old man has a 2000 Evinrude 90hp on his Mako 17 and is looking for someone that does good paint work, specially on engine cowlings. Any recommendations?
With all due respect tell your dad that it’s a boat and not a masterpiece it’s a 22-year-old motor and he can paint it with a bristle brush and get decent results with new decals. I would imagine to pay somebody to come spray paint the cowling would be more than what the motor is worth.

I know that Boat House Marine carries OME colors for most outboards, I repainted a 60hp Johnson some years ago and found OME decals on eBay. It turned out nice…maybe $30 in supplies, maybe your best bet.
Heat gun to remove the old decals, adhesive remover for the glue, sand and paint.
