If the injected have the same viral load but no/fewer symptoms, in addition to the prudent measure of making them mask, it would also be more important to test them - if your goal is to reduce infections.
Granted I'm a chemist (probably never mentioned before) and not a virologist, this piece I find very odd.  Frankly it doesn't make sense to me.  I don't get how two people can have the same viral load but only one has health issues.  I'll have to research this one, because I just don't get it.

At a high level, I was always told viral load is an indication of replication, so it would seem that the delta variant replicants in vaccinated folks.
Back on page 503 you posted the Fauci quote saying the viral load is exactly the same b/t vxxed/unvxxd = the replicating in vaxxed question is all but settled.  Which is one reason there will be no herd immunity.
I agree.  The piece I don't get is how vaccinated people are getting less health implications when the viral load is equal.
With previous strains of the virus, the vaccines were strong enough to reduce the viral load in immunized people to the point where they were basically no risk to transmit it to others. Not so with Delta. Some researchers believe that the high viral load in vaccinated people with Delta may include lots of dead viral particles, which might still show up in a test despite having already been neutralized by the immune response provoked by vaccination. The CDC evidently believes differently.   https://hotair.com/allahpundit/2021/07/27/new-data-viral-load-in-vaccinated-people-is-as-high-as-it-is-in-the-unvaccinated-n405034

The testing procedure may not be fool proof.  I have heard the PCR tests are going to be discontinued in December due to a lack of accuracy in their results.  It is possible the test is picking up viral particles, not actual active living viruses...........

Need more time.   May turn out that the Covid is a new flu, may have to live with it.   Although I did hear one guy say the flu virus tended to mutate more than the covid virus which he expected not to mutate so much...........so far he sounds mistaken...........
The whole thing is just confusing to me.  If I am vaccinated and have a bunch of dead viruses, then I shouldn't be able to pass the virus to the unvaccinated, thus I don't need a mask.  In fact passing dead viruses should be desired, given many vaccines are in fact dead viruses.

The current guidance is just off, doesn't make sense.  Clearly our leadership has zero idea what is going on nor do they know what to do about it.  Other than repeat previous 2020 guidance - mask and vaccine.
Funny, I don't recall a massive vaccine push in 2020.
Oh, you must have missed it.  Here is a good place to start:

    https://www.defense.gov/Explore/Spotlight/Coronavirus/Operation-Warp-Speed/

Once you get up to date on Warp Speed, here is a good little article, please note the first vaccine (outside clinical trials) was given in 2020:

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/12/14/first-covid-vaccines-new-york/

Of course, at Beaker U, 2020 and 2021 are exactly the same.
I'll take this comment as you realizing how stupid it was to claim there wasn't a push for vaccines in 2020.

Scientists and doctors on cable news shows in 2020 said the soonest we would have a vaccine was now, summer 2021.  There was no way it could be created and distributed by the end of 2020.

He is just following the science.

Given higher transmissibility and current vaccine coverage, universal masking is essential to reduce transmission of the Delta variant

This quote from the article, Ferris, makes me wonder how serious the mask mandate people are.  They make no suggestion about the type of mask and the simple cloth mask pore size is 1000 x's bigger than the virus.  Really not a shield .
An N 95 would be the only logical mask to try and not sure even that would be effective.
Plus masks keep people from communicating effectively, shield criminals from recognition and **** the development of our children in facial communication.  Not a fan of masking kids.............

What's the possibility of vaccinated people picking up the virus with their wild behavior and passing it to the unvaccinated? Haven't heard anything about that
It's very possible, which is why the cdc and who wants them to return to mask wearing.

States aren't responsible.  The covid fight sits at the federal level.  Federal officials sitting back and expecting states to solve this are failing us.

Pfizer says immunity can drop to 83% within four months in people who got its COVID-19 shot, further bolstering the company case for a booster

I'll remind you of previous quotes (yours):

"You mean the one with nothing beyond the Feds shipping the vaccine to an airport and leaving 100% of the rest up to individual states, the same one with no Federal mass vaccine sites, or Federal pharmacy distribution programs, that one?

"It is what it is" -- Current Federal plan on the mounting US coronavirus death toll

Why do they keep harping on Governors?

As all these lovers of federalism keep pointing out they have no authority as to when and how certain activities are reopened.

It's been made very clear, and stated repeatedly, that the federal can override them.

I have argued that a similar Federal, properly financed response to testing, contact tracing, isolation of the contagious, and distribution of know therapies, among other actions that only the Federal government can scale on a national level would have been the appropriate response from the very beginning when they botched testing and put our nation weeks behind at a critical time.

That national plan and response is still needed today.

Today would be a good day to announce the detailed and appropriately funded Federal national plan to address the Covid-19 crisis.

A massive Federal response was needed

I've said it a million times that a massive Federal response is needed, as opposed to all the modern day Baghdad Bobs here who keep posting that there's nothing to see and that all is well.

There a clearly things that can be done, for example, why is there not a massive federal effort to stockpile and distribute convalescent plasma?"

-oddly in 2021 you NOT are blaming the federal government anymore...  so weird...  I can't put my finger on why your tune has done a 180...  what is different from 2020 to 2021.... hmmm...  2020 is was all about federal failure...  2021 ghost town on federal response.  Help me out Bimini, why is your position so drastically different all of a sudden?

Has there not been a massive increase the  Federal response in both planning, implementation, and a historic increase in funding, or does that fact allude you?

But I get it, in your world 2021 and 2020 are exactly the same.

Or you could just, as usual, cry, whimper, put your fingers in your ears, stomp you virtual feet, and literally ignore facts that don't fit your narrative as you have repeatedly stated you will.
