Report 061321

There used to be a whole lot more fishing reports here, even when we didn't catch much of anything.  You do know you can post reports on here, doncha?  You don't have to give away spots to post reports.  Most of us just want to know the fish are biting or not.  Out front, in back, 1 bay back, oyster bars, trees whatever!

Yesterday went out at dawn with my old pal PTPC (who has sold his boat into this wonderful market) just to be out on the water with fishing rods in our hands.  Left the marina and turned left, fished a couple of bars on the outside with topwaters on a high weak falling tide with no takers. Headed farther south and true to form, right into a storm, no lightning, just a downpour.  We didn't find any fish on the outside so we ran into the back.  About a dozen small snuke on the topwaters, a bunch of follows including some rather large fish and finally finished up with this on a jerk bait, all 27.5 inches.  Weather was great, even the rain (for a change), back at the marina by 11.  Another great day in the 10K  No where else I would rather be..
