That looks good enough to eat for breakfast. My older brother hates it when I send him pictures of the food I'm cooking, he won't even open up an attachment to an e mail so I text him & hide the subject😎. Nothing special this weekend, had pork sandwich from the butt I did last weekend with coconut shrimp last night, going to have hot dogs today with my MIL'S hot dog sauce.

Last night was blackened tuna Cesar salad and mussels Josephine. I forgot to take pics. I did take a pic of my first ever charcuterie board. Tonight is smash burgers on the Blackstone...brats and kielbasa, grilled corn with tater salad and baked beans. Good looking charcutier board. We live off them in the summer.
This wont be my last. I just ordered a bigger board. I have always loved finger foods. My daughter makes them quite frequently. She considers them adult artwork.

Is this how you do beer can chicken???
Between grills and patio furniture right now. Not even thinking about the height of the Weber and set the chicken in its normal position. Whoops,  lol. Pulled the chicken off but kept the beer with rosemary, garlic and thyme next to it. Lol.

...and my sweet wife wants me to listen to the doc and cut way back on red meat. I may have to start flagging you boys, if I can get the saliva off the flag button.

Nice trick with the skewers.  Easy flipping, instead of oneby one

My Mom used to make a wilted spinach salad with bacon, bacon grease, vinegar,  sugar hardboiled egg & a few other things. One of they few vegetables I would go back for second & sometimes 3rds. Anybody got a recipe.

Looks good! Breakfast?? The more I think about it I'm pretty sure it was endive she used not spinach, I used to get a pretty good wilted spinach salad at Crackers in CR that reminded me of it. I'm getting hungry, think I'm gonna make some bacon & eggs & head to the grocery store. I get in trouble when I go hungry 😎

    Last nights supper.

I haven't had a good wilted spinach/bacon salad in a long time. That pan fried salmon would be good on top of it.
