  Yes, less than 3’ both on a slow retrieve parallel & away from the banks

  Back this morning at dead low.  Caught these two on a gulp mullet and weighted gap hook.  

  Trout was blowing up bait at creek entrance.  Three behind him and steady retrieve.
  Red was in less than 1’ of water along the bank.  Hit it after a few jerks,
