Need electrician to wire up new boat lift

Can anyone recommend a Pinellas electrician for wiring a new boat lift?  I've left messages with the lift contractor and they never return texts or calls.  Thanks in advance!

    Is the lift done?
I’d be real concerned about a contractor who doesn’t return calls.
