Hooked on Heroes fishing report

Once again TD and myself took a couple of vets fishing this past Saturday for the Hooked on Heroes event,
Loyd and Keith participated this year took 2  on Loyds boat.

We prefished Friday and found a few fish and thought we had a decent idea where to take the guys Saturday.
Well apparently Loyd and Keith figured em out better than Me and TD.

Weather was pretty good Friday, wind calmed somewhat after 10 am and we managed 4 trout, 2 flounder and a few puffers, lots of short trout.
Loyd and Keith had 7 trout and a few puffers.

Saturday we picked up out vets and headed out to pretty good winds and bumpy water. I took my guys and headed south to previoud day water and found no fish to speak of. Moved around a good bit and total for the crew was 1 catfish, 2 pinfish, 1 short trout and 1 18.5 in keeper trout.
Loyd and crew on the other hand ended with many shorts, puffers and 9 keeper trout.

All vets had a ball and we're looking forward to October to do it all again. Good bunch of folks to work with if you're so inclined.
