Barnacle Buster Flushing Kit - Miami/Dade?

I recently bought a 1989 Tiara as a project to work on slowly. Having water flow issues and wanted to do a treatment with Barnacle Buster through the system. They sell a 5 gallon bucket/kit but its almost $500. If anyone in the area has one that I could borrow that'd be amazing! I live off Dania Cutoff canal and would really appreciate the help.

I simply added a "t" in the ac inlet water line just past the strainer in the bilge, closed the inlet valve,, used a funnel and a small shop vacuum to push the fluid through until it came out the forward ac drain outlet. Let it set for about 30 minutes, flush with fresh water and voila, clean lines.
