My buddy is going down there this weekend for probably his last hunt. Last time he was down, it was windy and they did not see much.
His main technique is to get close enough to throw a treble hook whether they are on top of the water or on the bottom.
Any advice on good lakes to try? He has no problem paying someone for their time if you know of a good guide service.
