The pandemic could last between 18 and 24 months and won’t be halted until 60% to 70% of the population is immune, according to the report by the University of Minnesota’s Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy.

Oh good, we just need to continue killing livelihoods for another 18 months.  Fingers crossed, we hit 80% unemployment and 100 trillion debt.

Are you saying that "experts" finally discovered the virus won't come back to China after lock-down?

Yes, I love how many of us here predicted accurately what was really going on and what was going to be unintended consequences...  and the peanut gallery assured us we were not as smart as they are and simply didn't know what we were talking about.  Funny, starting earlier this week, the peanut gallery has been quiet, only thing I hear now is crickets.  I guess many can't stomach large servings of crow.

Greta has opened a campaign against corona. Sensing the panic waning, the virus must have negotiated with her to use her hoax magic on us.

To say that it's either (a) being safe or (b) ruining lives, destroying the economy & causing worldwide hunger is a false choice.

We can do (a) without doing (b).

    Don't be fooled.
    I agree it's not a binary choice.  But that's not what's happening.

What are you talking about, no one ever said there wouldn't be massive economic ramifications. It didn't take Kreskin to see that coming.

If you want to do a who was right or wrong I'll take that Pepsi challenge all day long. But we'll have to use words with actual meaning, the record, and lots of video, but we all know how that's not how you revisionist operate.

We can start with no one could of seen this coming, and move right on to it's contained and like a miracle it's going to go away, and blow right past there's enough tests, go through massive testing in retailers parking lots, and end up where we are today which is back to saying that is just going to disappear.

You start and end with 2+2=5, and seem to take pride in being obtuse.

I want to know what's "really going on" and where those predictions might be found.

Decided to run an ad on indeed for a cashier. Usually within 2 days I get 20 applications. Been up for 3 days now and zero applicants.
    I thought everyone was unemployed.
Well I had no luck at the end of April, so I waited and ran the ad again today, I got 21 applications in about 6 hours. Every time I check another 3 or 4 have applied. Looks like people are finally wanting to go back to work.

Yeah, it is not an emergency. Just have one that doesn't understand that 3:00 means 3:00 not 3:15.
