Fred at his best. A long listen but funny

I guess the last shows I saw him on were his reoccurring role on Modern Family.  Been a tough week for funny guys between Fred and Jerry Stiller.

    Very funny guy.

Some of his throw-away lines were classic.

Was watching an episode of Modern Family with him in it when I saw the news.
    RIP

Now that I think about it, it was the episode where his wife died.

    I think so. LOL
Have not thought of that show in a while.
They had a guy that rode his bike backwards. “Wrong Way Rooten” or something?
I cracked my head once and got 9 stitches trying that one.

He always looked about the same age in his shows I was shocked to see him in the end. I had no idea he was 86 years old. That's crazy. I thought he was about my age 64.
