Sea temperature probe

AllNVeinAllNVein JacksonvillePosts: 154 Deckhand
My ray marine stopped showing sea temp. It just shows zeros.

I have no idea where it was receiving it’s data.

My transducer is a bronze thru-hull but I can’t get close enough to see a model number. Fish finder works fine.  There are no transom mounted transducers on the boat.

Any idea where the unit was receiving data and how to get it back?

otherwise, what’s the best way to add sea temp?

We troll so temp is important to us!!!!

thanks in advance.

Temp is most likely coming from your transducer. First and simplest thing is check the connection at the sonar unit check the wires for corrosion.  After that you need to find a schematic showing you which wires go to the temp sensor and what OHM range it should be in.
