Pontoon / Tritoon and trolling motors

Hello! I did a search but couldn't find anything regarding pontoons and trolling motors. I live in Palm City and relocated here from Mi two years ago. We brought our 2014 Bennington 24' tritoon down with us that has the saltwater package and a 200 yamaha and wanted to check out the area first and see how we would use the boat before selling/upgrading etc. Long story short the boat works great for the St. Lucie river and the intracoastal so we're going to hang onto it.

Now to the part I'm hoping you guys can help me with. For years I've wanted to add a trolling motor to the boat so I can fish docks, bridges and shoreline but the Mrs.read one post online somewhere from someone that probably has never been on a tritoon that said it wouldn't work so she needs to be convinced otherwise. Are there any folks on here that have a trolling motor on their pontoon? If so what brand and size did you go with? I'm hoping to find someone in my area that has one so we can go out for a quick ride along. In talking with the local dealer there are quire a few running around but I haven't spotted one yet.

Thanks All! :)
