made a rabbit stew out of a domestic rabbit that was too big for frying. browned the rabbit pcs, made a roux of the drippins. added a trinity to the roux, then added water and stock. cooked for an hour and added carrots and potatoes. made a skillet of biscuits to go with the stew. i'll eat on this for 3 days, the wife won't eat it.
