Saturday was the best of both worlds...a little bass fishing then switch to snipe hunting. The bass bite was a little slower than usual. I'm sure the cold weather had something to do with it. It was a pretty frigid ride on the air boat. My brother was catching the quantity but I brought in the quality. I think we caught 25+ fish between the two of us. Not bad for 1.5hr of fishing.

The conditions were perfect for snipe. Flushed several birds on the ride in. We hit all of the good spots but they just weren't around. We had to work for them. The dog is a natural born. Never loose a bird.
