The flounder bite in Ft. Pierce has been pretty good since Thanksgiving Week. I have had several trips with double-digit catches, keeping larger-sized ones. Combo of Gulp shrimp or live shrimp on jig head (several other techniques out there too). A few over-slot redfish are still around too.
Food: lump crab stuffed flounder, topped with mayo/paprika/lemon zest sauce ... plan to bake at 400 later today!
