  Check with Lykes as they have couple leases in the Arcadia and Palmdale area.

  plenty of leases BUT be prepared to pay $8k up and for good deer hunting over $10k.
  
  It is what it is time is money 2 hours from Miami 2 hours from Tampa 2 hours from Orlando creates a sellers market too much demand for a limited resource.
  
  If you want to pay less than $2k per year be prepared to drive North of Gainvesville.
