For some reason the Serial # on sticker at the bottom fog my head 385ci head unit returns as " Serial # Not recognized, pls reenter" when I am trying to register my product. It was purchased NIB ( as far as I could tell, and was told )
Is this a known issue w this model?
What do you suggest ?
I have emailed support last night but not heard back..
I need to be able to download Humminbird PC ASAP to get my waypoints transferred to a chip and then to the new unit from an emailed file.
PLS help !

OK looks like I got registered I think - But Wher shouls I be seeing the option to Download Huminbird PC ?
I see no links or anything listed under updates? Isnt that where it should be - pls help !

Had to download HB PC from 3rd party site to manage waypoints.
I know its not a $2K unit, but I fish it on a kayak, so really dont want to invest in that kinda dough for something that will eventually get dunked - But seriously Customer Service or Tech Support should cover all ranges of products - no ?
This is my first Humminbird - Did I make a mistake in choosing HB?
