Been awhile CR report

With water temps teetering around 79-80 the inshore bite is getting good. Bait is EVERYWHERE! The trout have really fired up in the 4-5' range. Tossing popping corks with DOA soft plastics under them seems to be the most productive. Redfish bite has been solid with most of them coming off pinfish near the mangroves. Having to move around a bit to find a school but once on them you can pick off a lot! Snook are starting to stack up in the river as well. Had a few shark trips lately which isn't normally my thing but it's still a blast regardless.

Bait pods are getting wacked out in 15-20' by bonita, jacks, and macks. Just look for the birds! Tuesday we were catching 10# jacks on skitterwalks out there. :D I think I had more fun than my customers. haha May try sneaking out there with the fly rod on my next day off to have some fun.
