I have been back twice since and havent seen anyone, though it is getting a lot of traction on youtube. I jumped another tarpon and caught a pretty good snook on Sunday
No fishing signs will probably go up soon at that park. i use to fish that spot 59 years ago. The most unsusal catch i made at that bridge was a 6.5 lb flounder. All of my large snook catches were made further up river.
I remember- all those years ago when I first came here (1971 if you can believe it...) just how few places where a guy on foot could get to the water without getting ticketed or threatened with trespassing...
