This was nearshore in the Gulf near Sarasota.
There were a bazillion baitfish and Spanish, not a ton of tarpon shots for fly.
Infinitely better than last year with the red tide.
I jumped a tarpon on a pinfish that I had drifting, but didn't hook up on fly.
