    Great video.

    I think the reason you were having occasional blur/focus problems is the tying instructor was wearing a patterned shirt...cameras are often confused when the background is a pattern...maybe have guests wear solids.

    Also, might be helpful to end videos with a recap of the recipe list and a link to your website.

    Thanks for the input. Yeah I was having more difficulty than usual getting focus early in the video. I have links in the YouTube overlays but I try not to do that in the video itself because its a very blatant advertisement, and most forums dont allow advertising.

    Just a note, it helps to put a menu at the beginning or end of the video.  Nice tie btw.
