  Tried a quality rechargeable battery in it?

  The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles.

  I bought one a few months back, tested it out of the box, then spent a couple of hours installing it.
  The manufacturer said to leave the motion detector off for 2 days so the solar panel would have the betteries charged.
  2 days later I turned it on.....nothing.
  I had to take it down and back to the store,
  I was a little ****sd off.

  Arguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon... No matter how good you are, the bird is going to crap on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

  I have 5 or 6 of the Mr Beams battery operated motion lights. I've been very happy with them. Zero problems and the batteries are almost 1 1/2 years old

  Stay away from the one advertised by the bulb head company, waste of money.

  They still have a battery. It is usually the issue when they quit working. Cheap ones use cheap batteries.

  Some are sealed units. You might try to look on you tube to see if there is a video on replacing the battery.

  Yes there was access. Probably a cheap Li-on 18650, 1500 mAh, 3.7V, 5.55 Wh

    Electrical place in town could not help. Batteryplus is over in Gainesville. Will be going there later in the month. Radio shack in Chiefland did close down.
