Guide recommendation for Daytona Beach area

I need both off shore and in shore recommendations. Did some searching on the internet, very confusing. Plan is to fish first weekend in February so not sure which would be better fishing, in shore or off shore.???
Any recommendations on who to use for what type of fishing would be most appreciated.
