Lower Keys Inshore Fishing in February

Gentlemen,
i usually fish the Lower Keys each Spring...targeting tarpon from a Hobie kayak. So...I really need a break from this cold weather in Georgia. Can anyone advise what species might be around in the Lower Keys...accessible by kayak? I’ve fished the patch reefs on calm days so that’s a possibility.
Just want to feel a pull on the line...snappas, cuda, sharks, tarpon....really doesn’t matter. I’ve never fished it during the colder months. Ain’t got a clue.

A few times I caught (and released) grunts and jacks and mangos and small grouper and small sharks and...continuously...until my arms got too tired to keep fishing.
