Anyone have a speck report for Palatka area,Dunns Creek,Rodman

    I am not getting any replies for Astor and Lake George either. Lady at the cabin I booked yesterday said they were starting to bite in the river and the water was low.

    Thanks ,rode to Rodman Dam Sunday after Church did not see one person catch a fish

    I was a bit south of there on Woodruff Saturday.
    Was slow but there were around.  I caught more up near the shoreline weeds than out in the middle.  Lots of water lettuce moving around all over the river and especially in the lake. Lady at Highlands said they were seeing catches of about 10 or so, nothing crazy.  But it's about to change... the question is when.
    I have never seen live bones, but I know that they are often used by rich people to decorate the interior.

    I was a bit south of there on Woodruff Saturday.
    Was slow but there were around.  I caught more up near the shoreline weeds than out in the middle.  Lots of water lettuce moving around all over the river and especially in the lake. Lady at Highlands said they were seeing catches of about 10 or so, nothing crazy.  But it's about to change... the question is when.
    Using jig heads or minnows

    Just minnows under a bobber.

    Might as well try Rodman spillway area leading to the Oklawaha River
