I did a search, and easygps came up..but, it does not work with a mac.

I am trying to find a way to manually enter my gps #s on my computer for backup; and to get a visual map of some areas...

anyone use something for a mac?

Do you have the waypoints on a chartplotter? If so you should be able to export your waypoints to a SD or microsd as a gps file. Then use website gpsbabel to convert the gpx to whatever format you would like  to save it as, and also will map them for you as well.

If you have to manually enter the waypoints, do that in a CSV in excel and then use gpsbabel  to get into a format that will display the points on a mpa.
