So, my wife is out in San Antonio Texas for a week watching grandkids....so I am spiraling out of control with poor eating habits and... had a beer too.

LOL
That, and watching the tragic hurricane coverage had me waking up later than normal...but it worked out.
I ramped at Yacht club today because I'm not lying...the ramp at Wabasso yesterday with that screaming south wind was no picnic! I see topwater guy is long gone when I park. Head to my first spot and on my third cast with the white CAL....

Ran to the sisters and probed around and found a nice trout on a chartreuse CAL...so I could go for the hard one.
I hit a couple places but the water was VERY bad and the cloud cover and cranking wind had me discouraged...but after finding a fish...feeding it a finger mullet...and having it pull the hook half way to the boat....

It was a very low tide but the fish were up on top of actual "Sea Grass"...and were in a eating mood.
This was all by 9:15 AM and that makes # 121 ..... then I went exploring some...got one more snook and a big jack.
Ended with 3 snook 3 Reds 1 trout and a jack...
The river...is full of mullet now.

I got out a little earlier than I had been and was able to pull 2 trout off a dock light. That is always a plus since it gives me more time to concentrate on finding a snook and then a Red later. After that, I ran to my next spot and was able to pull out two snook and jumped off two more. I switched over to looking to find a Red but had a little run of bad luck with missed strikes and pulled hooks...one on a nice flounder darn it. As is normal for me...it took a while and a little luck to find a Red and put him in the boat. I need some sun to get enough advance warning.

The water eventually got pretty high and dirty and with the sun high the fish went way up under the overhangs....which meant I broke off a few fish. I stayed way later than I ever do since the wife is not at home....not that it produced very much.
I finished up with the two trout and 9 snook and three Reds...and two big jacks.....If you see bait getting smashed...it has a good chance of being a jack.
So...that makes # 122
