10k Fishing Guide/Hand on our boat

We live in the Pine Island Sound area but with the water quality issues we are headed for cleaner waters around 10k. Myself and fishing buddy are interested in a guide or very experienced hands in the area that can show us the 10k ropes on our boat. Particularly we are interested in good places to cast net and some area fishing wisdom. We plan on doing a couple guided charters first but wouldn't mind some followup on subsequent trips. We mainly inshore fish but on a really calm day might try something a bit further out.

Any suggestions? We run an IPB Inshore 18 with Go9/FMT, poling platform, trolling motor, etc.

Thanks for any help!

Yes,I fish the 10k area alot but whenever I offer to show
someone  most of the time get separated
because you ready to move and I'm not or vice a versa.
So my best suggestion is work the keys next to the
    Gulf.Whitehorse,Round,Panther,Kingston all good.Look
for current moving these keys.Start by fishing low tide
so you can see where oyster and sandbars are.Have
live shrimp along and then when you see bait throw
    a net.
By the way launch from Goodland Public Marina leaving
    early am.

    What he said.
Right now you will find white bait on C O O N key, dickmans, and whitehorse with white horse being the most popular and a excellent area to begin fishing in that general area.
I run the same electronics as you and the FMT card will keep you out of trouble. Get out there and explore!!
    Good luck!!

One other note. The 10k area has several great camping
areas, sandy beaches and fish at your doorstep.Seeing
a redfish tailing at sunrise  is a memory not easy to forget.
Just remember to go at a higher tide so your boat is
not left high and try when you try to launch.
