Jupiter 6/28 a little of everything

just bout caught it all today. Left my dock at 8:30, back by 12:30. SE wind, very calm water. 1.5 knots of drift. Fished mid 80’ range. Used dead sardines on flatlines, long leaders, and chicken rigs..seems like most of the boats were on the outer reef. We mostly avoided the Bonita’s by staying shallow but eventually they found us and so did some huge barracuda and sharks. Found some filefish. Caught 2 on a small hook and freegaffed a third.. could have gaffed the Cuda but I feel like  they are scarce nowadays and better left to breed..was one heck of a show. The shark practically jumped out of the water to get a Bonita. Going to have some fresh mutton snapper tonight. Yum...

why does the one pic with a mutton have three hooks linked together?
I always heard they have good eyesight, was that for kingfish, that is interesting
