is the snook bit good in boca grande in dec

me and some buddies are headin down first of dec are the snook still biting then:huh

    They will not be in the pass. You will need to head east towards the backwaters to find them

    Really depends on the weather (water temps). If we have a mild winter you might still find some Snook around structure. During the recent cold fronts Oct. & Nov. If found lots of Snook, Reds, and big Trout in the flats. They will lay in the dark grass in about 18" of water, trying to soak-up some sun. Fish the East and South sides of Mangrove islands. That's where the warm water is.

    What SCFD rtrd. said. The fish haven't moved far, yet; the weather between now and then will determine how far they'll go.
