For your video, use 1/4 oz sinker, not 14 oz. The classic line is, " the better the mate, the smaller the weight."Cinch the head/gills tight to ensure the bait pulls from the eye of the hook not the bend of the hook. This also helps you get a second shot when something attacks the bait, but doesn't get the hook on the first bite.
